Stokesley is approximately 9 miles to the north with Helmsley circa 12 miles to the south.

Description – Forming part of Mill Scar / Kirkhill Plantation the land extends to approximately 2.75 acres, to the east of the B1257 Helmsley Road. The land is unfenced along the northern boundary and is bordered by a post and wire fence to the east and the B1257 to the west. The land slopes in a westerly direction and includes a number of mature larch, oak, silver birch and ash trees as well as areas of bracken and gorse.

Basic Payment Scheme – The land has not been registered on the Rural Land Register and is not eligible for entitlements under the Basic Payment Scheme.
